One down, two to go ...

Ok, I did it. I actually exercised tonight. A very low-intensity ride on my stationary bike.

I only burned 135 calories, which doesn't seem like much at all. But I guess I'll eventually increase my time and intensity and start burning some real calories. I mean, really, I burned off like one piece of bread from my turkey sandwich at lunch.

Damn, that's messed up ...
