I is Hungry

Ok, so the WW stuff is getting just a bit harder. Mainly, it is because I can't find healthy, simple things to eat that I like. No worries -- I can still do it; I just need some new ideas for breakfast and lunch in particular.

Typically, my meals consist of:

Breakfast -- yogurt & fruit or hard-boiled eggs & fruit
Lunch -- soup, sandwich, or pasta (turkey spaghetti, for example)
Supper -- fish, chicken, pork, scrambled eggs & turkey bacon, sandwich, cereal

I am getting really tired of yogurt, so I'm thinking I'll go with some oatmeal. What else would be good for breakfast? I only need it to be simple and something I can eat at work.

Lunch is the hardest. After a day or two, I get really sick of the same sandwich or spaghetti or whatever. I need variety, but again, it has got to be pretty simple. I guess I can try some kind of spinach salad (spinach being the only veggie I even half-way like). I just don't have many ideas for lunch.

Anyway, what I've listed above is pretty much all I've eated since I started on this program. If I want a snack, it is ALWAYS fruit. I've had nothing fried or greasy (well, the bacon maybe) or with added sugar since I started WW. Not a single soft drink, not a piece of candy, cake, pie, donut, nothing ...

And certainly not a BREAKFAST SANDWICH! Ugh ... I want one ...
