Round Two

All right, I'm back for more WW. As you can see from my total weight loss above, these past two months of not being on WW has taken a toll. I am just 22 lbs down now, as opposed to nearly 40 lbs down back in November.

Frankly, I am happy with the 22 though. I thought it would be less.

I went to Central Market yesterday and stocked up on good, healthy food.

  • Tilapia

  • Lean sirloin

  • Wheat pasta

  • Spinach

  • Mixed salad greens

  • Sweet potatoes

  • Organic chicken breasts

  • Oranges

  • Apples

  • Bananas
  • V-8 (I'm gonna try it, but no promises there!)
I'll let you know how it goes. Weigh-ins as usual every Tuesday. I need to see that number in the header moving up again!

I still wanna get the green tea and few other of the suggestions I posted about. But this is a good start.
